Question: Are volume discounts available?

Answer:  We are now offering a volume discount as shown below.  To use these discounts, you need to enter the appropriate discount code in your shopping cart.  The 10% discount code is 10.  The 15% discount code is 15. 

$100 - 199  10%

$200 - 299 15%

$300 and up 15% and free shipping

Question: How do I register for an account?

Answer: There is a link on all pages "Click here to register as a new customer"

Question:  When I checkout, I see a shipping charge, but when the PayPal page comes up, it says shipping $0?

Answer:  PayPal is setup to charge shipping.  To provide you a more accurate shipping rate, we have turned that function of PayPal off. Shipping is calculated within the shopping cart program.  The total, including shipping, is then passed to paypal.

Question: How do I enter a discount coupon?

Answer: Enter the discount/coupon code in the "discount code" box in your shopping cart

Questioin: Can I use more than one discount/coupon?

Answer: No, you can use only one coupon per purchase.
